I have the right to decline the commission without an explanation

I have the right to change the prices of the commission if needed.

Payment will be via PayPal

commissions for commercial use will double or triple the costs!

If the customer is not satisfied with the final product, there will be no return (the buyer must be sure of the digital product they are buying). Be sure to tell me all the details I need when the sketch is delivered.

The customer is required to provide references for the character they want the commissioned artist to draw. Clear images or a clear written description of the character is both ideal.

NO harassment!! All ties will be cut if any harassment is thrown towards the artist!

Watermarks cannot be removed!

NSFW (Nudity, explicit poses)

Gore (Blood, Limbs missing)

Strong NSFW (extreme gore, weird images, hateful art, etc.)

Main accepted currency: USD, GBP, JPY (PayPal exchanges currency so doesnt matter too much, but just in case for those wondering)

The client is required to pay the agreed amount of payment in full upfront unless the artist stated otherwise.

Every Living organism added will increase the cost by 80%

I will not start without a payment!

If there is a queue of people who have commissioned me please wait your turn!

The commissioned artist is obligated to send the client WIPs(images of the artwork in progress) and updates of the commissioned artwork regularly.

The client must understand the commissioned artist may take longer than their advertised turnaround time(1-2 weeks) provided that the commissioned artist has a valid reason. The client is free to ask the commissioned artist for any updates regardless and the commissioned artist is obligated to answer the client.

Small and minor revisions are indefinite unless the commissioned artist has stated otherwise. The client is permitted to ask for only 1 major revision of the commissioned artwork, any more major revisions will require a revisions fee of 5-10 USD.

Once the commissioned work has finished, the client may ask the commissioned artist to edit or enhance the artwork, which will come with the fee mentioned above if it is quite major!

The client has no right to cancel or refund the commissioned artist under any circumstances after the payment has been received, therefore the client is expected to be confident in the commission as soon as they have made their payment. However, if payment has not been made, the client has the right to cancel the commission.

If a chargeback is filed, I have the right to cut all ties with the client and file a complaint.

The copyright of your commission will belong with me, which means I have the right to post your commission on my social media platforms and onto my portfolios :D

You can print the commissioned piece, however, you cannot sell it if you haven't payed for it as a commercial piece. Failure to comply with this will result in a complaint file and a beware post :D

The client is NOT permitted to erase the watermark or signatures of the commissioned artist on the commissioned artwork, replace the watermarks or signatures with theirs, claim ownership of the commissioned artwork, trace the commissioned artwork, or copy the commissioned artwork, OR have another artist do the above actions.
